Qantas block

In Sept 2022, just after COVID, a client came to us experiencing supply issue with their current supply. The belt is attached to an arm and is being used to grab and emptying waste for council trucks.

The team approached us wanting a Ballast Weight to balance the load of an aircraft when there is insufficient weight in the cargo hold.

Material that withstand weathering, UV, sun degradation, Ozone
Flame Retardant and low smoke. Specified material EPDM UL94
Will be stacked on top of each other in interlocking manner
Handles on each side for gripping
Logo to be added on the side of the blocks
Weight to be added on the side of the block
Location for a barcode
Area in the middle to allow for strapping

Solution for the Brief

Material: EPDM 94V0 approved by Reach and RoHS
The blocks are interlocking and able to be stacked on top of each other
Weight variation: ± 50g
